I’m just getting started publishing this blog on developments of a system that I’ve been interested in for years, and that is tracking the daily movements of food animals. This would be particularly useful for grazing animals such as cows, goats and sheep and is particularly topical in terms of monitoring animals in case of zoonotic diseases such as bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) or foot and mouth disease (FMD). So here goes!
